Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1: How long will it take to hear back?

That depends, If it is during normal business hours, we typically reply within the hour. If it is after normal business hours, we will reach out the next business day, typically prior to noon. If you are experiencing an emergency outside of normal business hours, please give us a call at 443-302-2971 and indicate the details of your emergency and we will make every attempt at accomodating your emergency situation as promptly as we can.

Question 2: Do you offer financing?

We do! We have several lenders that we work with to maximize your budget. We can get loans approved for clients with a 575 or higher credit score. Of course, there are several factors that contribute in the approval process outside of your credit score. We even have 0% interest for 12 months for well qualified clients. The best part of financing your project is that you will not make a single payment until 30 days after the compeltion of your project. 

Question 3: What if I have an emergency?

If you are experiencing an emergency, we typically do not preform emergency services after hours. However, we will make every attempt to accomdate your situation within 12-24 hours. You can also call us at 443-302-2971. If we do not answer, be sure to leave us a voicemail indicating your emergency and we will reach out ASAP even after hours and weekends.

Question 5: How long does your typical install take?

Over 90% of our installations only take a day or less! We value your home and your time, therefore, we  only hire the highest accredited and certified technicians. Every technician is certified by our manufacturers and is required to take continuous training courses within our industry and their specific specailty. This ensures your complete and total satisfaction by technicians that understand exactly how to properly install your product right the first time.

Question 6: How much time does your inspection take?

We ask for one hour of your time. Thats it. However, if you need more time, we are committed to answering all of your questions and providing you with a detailed and comprehensive report detailing every little detail. We also offer complete transparency with our pricing by providing exact products we will be providing and installing with line by line pricing, something many of our clients commend us on.
